Embroidery Policy

All orders cancelled before embroidery begins will get a refund less a restocking fee. All orders cancelled after embroidery begins will not be given a refund. Any mistakes by us on your order, will be redone by Low Cost Digitizing!

Digitizing Policy

Digitizing costs will not be refunded once the order has been processed. Additional changes in design detail prior to processing will be charged an additional fee .
